Clinical Service Delivery
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee implementation of treatment programs in alignment with evidence-based practices and BACB ethical standards.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as clinically appropriate.
- Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet payer and regulatory requirements.
Staff Supervision & Development
- Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Conduct regular in-person and remote observations of staff implementing behavior plans.
- Deliver competency-based feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Client & Family Collaboration
- Partner with families and caregivers to ensure treatment plans reflect client and family priorities.
- Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization and enhance family engagement.
- Address concerns and guide families in navigating services with compassion and professionalism.
Ethical & Compliance Leadership
- Uphold and model the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
- Ensure treatment practices comply with HIPAA, state regulations, and organizational standards.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Professional Growth & Collaboration
- Stay current with research and developments in ABA and related fields.
- Collaborate with other BCBAs, Regional Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure clinical consistency and excellence.
- Participate in regional and organizational trainings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst where required by state law.
- Minimum of 2+ years providing ABA services, with experience supervising staff preferred.
- Clinical Excellence: Commitment to evidence-based, ethical treatment.
- Leadership: Ability to train, mentor, and inspire behavior technicians.
- Collaboration: Works effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
