We are hiring for a Clinical Training Lead that will service our Minnesota clinics. This position is split into two different areas and the Training Lead will alternate locations daily to ensure the training teams presence in each location.

The Clinical Training Lead is a hybrid, "boots on the ground" role responsible for driving clinical excellence, reducing early-stage employee attrition, and ensuring operational compliance for Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical team members within their designated state. This role balances administrative tracking and compliance audits with direct, in-person clinical training, competency assessments, and performance coaching.


Position Type: Full-Time, in person
Compensation: $61,000.00 - $67,000.00 annually
Travel: daily to alternating clinic locations

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct team members competency evaluations and skills assessments.
  • Provide real-time coaching, training and performance feedback to BTs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors to improve team members performance and treatment fidelity.
  • Model clinical procedures and best practices for team members.
  • Promote consistency in treatment implementation across clinic locations.
  • Support team members in applying training concepts within the clinical environment.
  • Maintain training materials to ensure alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain training records and competency documentation.
  • Stay current on ABA best practices and BACB requirements.
  • Ability to travel regularly to all MN clinic locations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Current RBT certification OR enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with intent to pursue BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in ABA.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or coaching team members.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical service delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of BACB requirements and RBT certification processes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, data tracking systems).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and accountability and collaboratively.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations.

Preferred Skills:
  • BCaBA certification or enrollment in a Master's program related to ABA.
  • Experience facilitating group training programs.
  • Experience conducting competency assessments.
  • Knowledge of CentralReach, Safety-Care, and learning management systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
