The Lead RBT plays a critical role in supporting the clinical team by providing high-quality ABA services to learners across multiple settings. This position requires a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who can provide direct therapy, mentor other RBTs, and fill in as needed to support coverage across the clinic(s). The ideal candidate is adaptable, experienced, and committed to maintaining MBS’s high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct ABA therapy to learners following individualized treatment plans.
Ability to independently work with a wide variety of learners including those with high behavior concerns
Serve as a floater to cover sessions across multiple learners and locations as needed.
Support and train current BTs by providing guidance, modeling best practices, and assisting with skill development.
Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Case Supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to protocols.
Assist in training new staff and supporting onboarding processes and ongoing training.
Ensure compliance with MBS policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Rely on data driven decisions upon staff competency results
Complete administrative tasks related to clients as assigned (e.g. client inventory)

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:
Active RBT certification
Employee with MBS for at least 8 months and in good standing with the company.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to change of schedules and learner needs.
Dependable, professional, and collaborative team member.

Preferred:
Experience mentoring or supporting other RBTs
Comfort working across multiple learners and settings.
