Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general repair work across clinic locations
- Troubleshoot and address minor facility issues involving drywall, painting, doors, hardware, flooring, fixtures, and other building components
- Complete light plumbing and light electrical repairs, replacements, and adjustments as needed
- Assist with maintenance and repair of facility equipment and operational systems
- Support interior and exterior building upkeep to ensure a safe, professional, and functional environment
- Perform seasonal grounds and exterior maintenance, including snow removal, lawn care, and general site upkeep as needed
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with clinic setup needs, furniture moves, minor installations, and facility improvement projects
- Identify maintenance concerns proactively and communicate repair needs to leadership in a timely manner
- Maintain organized work areas, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Travel between Momentum locations in the southern Minnesota area, with possible travel to additional clinics as the organization grows
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in building maintenance, property maintenance, facilities, or general repair work preferred
- Working knowledge of basic mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and repair practices
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance-related equipment
- Ability to read and follow basic operating instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance needs efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, organized, and accountable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and the public
